This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit ailifebook.app or write to us. The AI Life Book app will have its own privacy policy, published before the app collects any data.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Ievgen Viunskovskyi, private individual, France. Write to privacy@ailifebook.app about anything in this policy.
What we collect, and why
When you visit the site
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data needed to deliver pages and block attacks: your IP address, browser type, requested page and time of the request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare keeps this data for a short period under its own retention rules.
When you email us
Messages to our addresses are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox hosted by Google. We use your address and message only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask us to take before a contract. We keep correspondence for up to three years after the last message, unless a legal claim requires longer.
Who else sees the data
- Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting, security and email forwarding.
- Google LLC, for the mailbox that receives forwarded email.
Both are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses included in each provider’s data processing terms. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to privacy@ailifebook.app. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or to the authority where you live.
Children
The site is not aimed at children and collects no data about them knowingly.
Changes
We will update this policy before any new kind of processing starts, and change the date at the top.
